Mesoestetic Pharma Group — Attraction in Viladecans

Update: I received my package at last. Someone from Mesoestetic received the package from UPS Access Point and delivered to my home. Also, they will send my money back as an apologize for the situation. Hoping no problems with my future orders. I was totally disappointed with my last order. They sent the order via UPS within 24 hours after I placed my order. It has been nearly 2 weeks now and I could not get the package yet. That is because UPS's courier did not come to my address but directly delivered the package to the access point. When I got in contact with Mesoestetic, they called UPS to redeliver the package. This still goes on. I message to Mesoestetic everyday, they contact with UPS and promise that I will be receiving the package by the next day but no courier at my door for nearly 2 weeks. I requested from Mesoestetic to send a new package with my order (in order not to disrupt my treatment as I ran out of creams) but they did not accept it and went on contacting with UPS. At last, I lost my patience and requested a refund. Now, I am waiting for their reply but most probably they will try to solve the problem with UPS which seems to be planning to deliver the package back to Mesoestetic within 2-3 days since it is not collected from the UPS access point. To sum up, they totally failed with online delivery and problem solving. Prefer other channels...

Changing the Cosmelan peel formula and not making it official is illegal. People expect one thing, pay lots of money to receive a different product. Shame on you!

Additional info after Mesoesthetics replied to my review:

They did change their formula, didn’t inform no one about it! I was planing to do this treatment for a year, found time and prepared the $$$ as it’s not cheap.

The peel didn’t even made my face red and I had no peeling effect. Mind you I called Mesoesthetics prior to get information on where I can do the peel in my county so that the product was genuine! After a quick internet search I found people who shared same experience with new formulated cosmelan peel. They had no results.

Dear Team mesoethetics I have no doubt your product is manufactured with high standards, but when cosmelan peel is advertised as to give results in one week it should give that.

If I wanted just a 6 month slow progress I would have invested in cheaper skincare.

It has been a week since the cosmelan 1 peel, I have zero results. My skin is the same, no even slight change in sight!!! I definitely won’t continue with your home care as it’s not enough for 4-6 month and I have to buy more of your product which I definitely won’t be doing if I have no result from the most important step which...

The mesoestetic team were incredible I went there 2 days ago with my university as group and we absolutely loved the enviroment and the poeople were so lovely... just seeing the product i use in the labs being made was such good experience would definitely recommend the products to anybody... I am looking forward to learn more about...
