I found myself stuck between giving this place a 3 or a 4. On the one hand, the atmosphere was truly magical — the flamenco performance, the setting, the energy — all of it created memories that will definitely stay with me for a long time.

On the other hand, there were a few issues. Upon arrival, the organization was somewhat lacking. We had to look around to find someone from the staff to figure out what was going on. It also would have been helpful if someone had taken a moment to explain or remind us of the evening’s rules.

But the most disappointing part was the food. A big portion of the experience is supposed to be dining by candlelight while enjoying the music and flamenco. Unfortunately, the quality of the meat ruined this for us. The tartare on the menu that night was full of sinew, making it nearly impossible to chew — most of it was left on the plate, despite the marinade being tasty and the presentation attractive. The mashed potatoes with braised beef were no better; the meat was tough, stringy, and reminded me more of a school cafeteria meal than a special dinner. The only dish everyone at our table genuinely enjoyed was the soup.

This was the main reason my rating went down. If they offered a ticket to the event without dinner, I would definitely choose that option next time.

Visiting Maserof Museum Winery was like stepping into another world — one where time slows down, stories live in every stone, and wine is more than a drink — it's a way of life

As a creative team from Bear Art Studio in Alicante, we were deeply inspired by the rustic beauty and artistic energy of this place. The museum is not polished or staged — it’s raw, authentic, and full of character. You feel the passion of those who built it with their own hands.

The wine tasting under the trees, surrounded by mountains and silence, was magical. Each bottle had its own personality — just like the artworks we create. And the hosts? Wonderfully warm and full of stories.

We left with bottles, memories, and creative sparks. A must-visit if you’re drawn to authentic experiences and hidden gems in the Alicante region. Thank you, Maserof —...

This place is amazing I’ve traveled the world and have been lucky enough eat in some amazing places. But this place is full of charm very rustic top quality home made food very good wine and if you like to sing it the place to go. If you don’t like to sing you will probably have to anyway. The welcome you get is second to none and the host, owner Carol is a very special lady. If your fun loving and want to try something very different it’s a must. Thank you for such a good time hope to see you soon and maybe tread some...

Great first experience of this quirky/winery/ shabby chic restaurant/ museum…it’s difficult to classify. The food ( 5 courses) was superb, red wine and sangria included in €49 price. Water and white wine extra. If you’re not into audience participation ( singing, dancing) you might get a bit of a surprise! Carolina, is a great host. A unique experience. Cash only!! I think currently only open at weekends…
