Review in English below.

The place is beautiful, however the bar staff are rude which ruins the experience. We were very excited to visit the place and organised an afternoon to go and try some wine.
The terrace was full of people drinking when we arrived. We ordered a glass at 5,50 pm, the guy behind the bar answered they were closed, when I asked what time they closed he answered 6pm. We still had 10 min for a quick glass of wine outside but he didn’t seem to understand, to which he answered with bad manners “you could have come earlier”. After this, I asked to speak to his manager, the guy’s answer was, “it doesn’t matter, my manager is my uncle”. We decided to stop wasting time in that place and cross the road where you can find a very nice bodega (La Geria) and we (finally) had very nice wine and enjoyed the sunset.
After this incident, we had a look at Google reviews and saw comments from other people to whom the same situation had happened. I only wished we had seen them before as we would have avoided the place and the unpleasant experience in the...
Read moreLovely old bodega. You can wander round the lovely old house and vineyard, which is free. There is a nice bar and restaurant. Tasting each wine costs 2 euros per wine, small amount of wine for tasting. We loved the fruity dry white and bought a bottle which was 14 euros, not particularly cheap, and we felt the 2 euros spent on tasting a wine that you then bought a bottle of could be credited against the cost of a bottle purchased. Also bought some sea salt for 2 euros a bag, which was on sale in Teguise for 1 euro a bag! Brought the wine back to UK, took it to my son's house for mother's day dinner, had told him how nice it was. Sadly, the wine was horrible, it was not corked, just nasty, nothing like the wine we tasted at the bodega, no-one wanted any after tasting it. So it was...
Read moreThe best glass of white wine I’ve had in my entire life! I’m not a wine connoisseur and it’s not often I get excited by food/drink. I can live off almonds and water most days. But wow! This wine had me floored. And I had the octopus prawn mushroom casserole with it for dinner. Such a lovely meal! I was a bit hesitant to visit the wineries as I’m in a budget trip but this place was luxury with a very fair price. I even bought a bottle to take home as a gift! I first walked in to ask for help finding somewhere and the staff was so helpful; they all came together to try to help me. So I decided to go back later for a meal. Very happy I did! You won’t regret...
