Spent two and a half days on this lovely volcanic beach getting an all over tan. The waves breaking on the rocks is a wonderful sight - we spent hours just watching. A mix of textile and nude but each tend to stay on their half of the beach. There are circles created by rocks that have been built which protect you from the breeze and guarantee a great all over tan if you sunbathe naked. El Golfo is a wonderful place only a couple of K away with the most amazing seafood restaurants. This is a magic place and a pleasant change from the Papagayo beaches if you want to lose the swimsuit and...

You expect more from this place than you get. There are a lot of people, there is a highway nearby, everyone stops and the flow simply does not stop. I also did not like the black volcanic sand, very unpleasant for the feet and a lot of dust. It was not possible to swim, as a strong surf that hits painfully on the sand. Of the pluses, I can note good locations for photos and the presence of crabs that live on the rocks nearby. Not...
