Visited this town, several times, but the museum for the first time, on occasion of hosting for a couple who are close friends and originally from Venezuela. It is a great exhibition, especially considering that it is a very small town and they do not have the resources to create and exhibit a museum and have it running with staff and no budget to speak of. There is no fee to enter the museum. Considering that the thieves and criminals running Venezuela now do not even have the decency to donate anything to the museum and the town; yet within the country they make a point to revere Simon Bolivar as the highest countryman to ever have been born there. So, to the point, the museum is not the Louvre, but to those people from the town as well as all venezuelans that come to visit, it is just as adored as if it was.
