We really enjoyed our tour! The communication was fast, they explain us nice and clearly all options and let us choose. One day evening I wrote them, they immediately called me back and the other day was everything read. The driver was there on time, picked us up at our place. He was super nice and showed us all possible things on the way - Tea plantation, waterfalls and always kindly take a photo for us. We visited two factories, lovely ladies pick us up imediately when we came there so no waiting. Tea tasting was lovely experience and the driver always let us to take our time - no time pressure or rushing. It was a trip for little bit more than 5 Hours. Everything was really smooth, we paid at the end so we do not have to worries about buying tickets to do the factory tour. Highly recommend.

I recently visited the Tea Factory in Nuwara Eliya, Sri Lanka, and it was a delightful experience. The tour lasted about 20 minutes, during which our guide provided a clear and concise explanation of the tea-making process, from plucking to packaging. It was fascinating to see the traditional machinery in action and learn about the different types of tea produced.

After the tour, we enjoyed a complimentary tea tasting session, sampling various teas while overlooking the picturesque tea gardens. The factory also has a shop where visitors can purchase freshly packed teas as souvenirs.

Overall, the visit was both educational and enjoyable. I would highly recommend it to anyone interested in learning about tea production and experiencing the serene beauty of Sri Lanka's...

Recently, I had the chance to visit a tea factory in the beautiful hills of Nuwara Eliya, and it was an amazing experience! Surrounded by lush green tea plantations and cool mountain air, the place itself felt peaceful and refreshing.

The factory tour was well-organized, and the guidance provided was excellent — every step of the tea-making process was explained clearly, from picking the leaves to processing and packing. I learned so much about the rich history and quality of Sri Lankan tea.

Of course, the highlight was tasting the fresh, aromatic tea right at the source — it was absolutely delightful!

If you ever visit Nuwara Eliya, I highly recommend stopping by a tea factory. It’s not just about tea, it’s about experiencing a part of Sri...
