We really enjoyed our tour! The communication was fast, they explain us nice and clearly all options and let us choose. One day evening I wrote them, they immediately called me back and the other day was everything read. The driver was there on time, picked us up at our place. He was super nice and showed us all possible things on the way - Tea plantation, waterfalls and always kindly take a photo for us. We visited two factories, lovely ladies pick us up imediately when we came there so no waiting. Tea tasting was lovely experience and the driver always let us to take our time - no time pressure or rushing. It was a trip for little bit more than 5 Hours. Everything was really smooth, we paid at the end so we do not have to worries about buying tickets to do the factory tour....
