Ella Uda Ella is a peaceful spot located about 500m from the Seethawaka Wet Zone Botanical Garden. It’s a peaceful cascade-like stream surrounded by nature, perfect for a quiet escape. Although it was the sunny season when I visited, and there wasn’t much water flowing, the area still offered a calm atmosphere.
Unfortunately, I couldn’t swim as there were quite a few large fishes in the water, but that didn’t take away from the experience. The solitude and connection with nature were just what I needed. It’s a perfect spot if you're looking for some alone time in nature, away from the crowds.

Read moreThis is a beautiful waterfall located near to Seethawaka botanical gardens. Those who come to see the gardens can easily visit this waterfall as well. It is about 700m away from the garden entrance. The access road needs to be improved. It is narrow and muddy. There's no designated place to park vehicles, but the nearby house owners provide their own land space to park the vehicle for a reasonable amount. And they are very helpful also. Water stream can be seen as soon as you enter from a stairway. But to get the real view, you need to cross the stream and walk a little towards forest and come around again...
