The museum wasn’t what I expected. It is not devoted to the workers as expected. On the top floor (7th) there is a photo exhibition that changes (yearly?) it is ok but some explanations and signs would help. On the sixth floor there is a restaurant. The fifth floor holds the story of Norrköping fromm 1900 until today and rgat one is realky good even I would expect that one in the museum next door. Below an exhibition about environment and robots strange and didn’t give me much. There is also an exhibition about EWK a cartoon drawer not my thing. A decent museum shop and cafeteria ends it (also some stuff for small children that U didn’t check. Staff very helpful and friendly. The main thing to see is actually the story about the worker Alva and that is described in the stairs (downwards). It could take better and more space.

One of the best features Norrköping has to offer. This is a high building with 7 floors with different exhibitions on each one. Everything is free of charge so take your time, and make sure you visit each floor. Recommended to take the elevator to the last 7th floor, and slowly work your way down to the second floor where the main entrance is. There are different exhibitions for everyone's taste and the souvenir shop is also one of the better ones in the city. Warm recommendation to everyone visiting this very underrated city in Sweden!!!

In Norrköping erwartet uns eine perfekt in Stand gehaltene bzw sanierte Fabrikumgebung. Nach dem Niedergang der Textilindustrie Norrköpings, ging es der Stadt schlecht. Man nannte sie auch Manchester Schwedens. Seit den 1990 er Jahren kam es zu Bestrebungen die Industriegebäude als Kulturgut zu konservieren. Dies ist in fantastischer Weise gelungen. Die Gebäude sind toll erhalten, belegt mit Hotels, Unternehmen und Hochschule. Neu angelegte Stege lassen den Besucher über dem Wasser an den Gebäuden entlangstreifen. Wir besuchen das kostenlose Arbeitsmuseum, das in einem Werksgebäude (Spitzname: Bügeleisen wegen seines Grundrisses) mitten im Fluss untergebracht ist. Es beinhaltet verschiedene Ausstellungen über die industrielle Vergangenheit der Stadt. Als wir dort sind gibt auch eine Wechselausstellung über Luther, der dieser nicht ganz jugendfreie Druck entstammt.

Fantastiskt att man på detta sätt tillvaratar forna industribyggnader.Som här en stiftelse som förtjänstfullt förvaltar och berättar om arbetslivet ur personalens vinklar. Mängder av maskiner som beskriver tyg och textil tillverkning som engång var Norrköpings ryggrad.Utöver detta en utställning om Ufo, en satirteckning och broderi utställning med högt humorvärde. I trapphuset en högst personlig berättelse om en kvinnas (Alva,a) yrkesliv från denna byggnads glansdagar Icke att förglömma en fotoutställning om en subkultur i Kongo, mycket mer intressant än det låter Han knappt med utställningen Digitopia om teknik, livet och framtiden.Fin museibutik, lätt att kosta på sig något då inträdet var kostnadsfritt.Informativ och trevlig personal.Högst upp i huset en restaurang samt på bottenplan ett café av god klass .Som ni förstår här slår man ihjäl några timmar.

Great museum with numerous exhibitions. Some are just entertaining, some send social messages. Seems to be an excellent place to bring your kids to, it is not boring at all! There is a cafe and a restaurant in the building, you will not starve there. The staff is kind.

Excellent Museum with beautiful views! Fun area for children to play, variety of games for all ages, and an incredibly insightful dive into challenges of modern technology. So many fun elements added to this museum on various floors. Highly recommend!
