There are 3 ways to enjoy this Place Just go for a drink, pizza or whatever Visit the museum (about 1h, 10chf) 3 take Theben tour! (2h, 15 chf)
My suggestion is to take a tour! this is where this place really shines. You'll see where the stuff is made, smell it, touch it and drink it. The guide was superfriendly and you could feel the love for what they are doing. Also very prepared. At some point she will ask you what "momo" standa for. Tell her "museum of modern öpfel", you'll put a big smile on her face! If you go during august-november you will also take part to the production and see some actual fresh apples.

Some insider tricks: If you go to the toilet, a dor will take you directly to a balcony where you can see the huge barrels (Fass) where they produce some of the stuff and more. There is a store hidden outside the museum. Just ask where it is. There you can buy everything even some foreign cool beer. In Winter they make punch. In summer you get a taste of the fresh...

There are illustrations for the process of cider making with different steps, starting from apple trees being pollinated by bees and finishing with bottling. There is the shop with local production and the bar you can enjoy after the museum, and a...
