This was on our bucket list for our family Europe backpacking trip, and we did not regret it! We purchased tickets in advance online, which helped take all the guesswork and worry out of it. We bought a ropes course package which allowed for doing two of the three courses with different levels of difficulty. We also bought the package that includes the chairlift, coaster ride and “meal of the day” at the restaurant. The ropes course is good - not the best or longest we’ve experienced. The meal of the day was stroganoff with a side of noodles or fries, which worked well for everyone in the family. But the roller coaster is the highlight of this place. It’s so long and so fun. Just make sure you leave plenty of space between you and the person in front of you so you don’t get stuck behind someone going slowly - or don’t slow down those behind you! Some people walk up the hill to the coaster, and I think it’s probably a fine hike. But I recommend the chairlift for the extra money. It’s a nice ride with great views which adds to the experience. And for those who are visiting from afar - there isn’t much to do in Churwalden aside from Pradaschier. We stayed in Churwalden because this was the only activity we planned before taking the Bernina Express the next day, but if you’re planning to see some sites in the area I would recommend staying in Chur instead. It’s more expensive, but you’ll have more options in getting around, food, etc.

One of the highlights of my trip to Switzerland was the mountain tobaggon at Churwalden/Pradaschier. The ride in the lift on the way up the mountain to the coaster may be scarier than the coaster itself, but wow is the coaster fun! Turning the many corners at high speed, taking the dips and dives without slowing down. So much fun and a great experience. Would highly recommend to anyone visiting Switzerland and able/willing to travel by train and bus to get to Pradaschier (the bus connection is right upstairs from the train, super simple and convenient). Their opening status is dependent on decent weather conditions, so check the weather before you head out. I bought my ticket at the location. Facilities are very responsive to emails, in case you have any questions. Have fun!!

The staff could not have been nicer, they were great. When on a outing with a group of handicapped people the staff was so helpful and caring, thank you. It is a very long rodelbahn. You need to take the skilift to the start and the Adventure Park (there is also a very nice hiking trail that goes to the start). The ride has some very nice turns and some straight aways little humps like on a rollercoaster and you control the speed using the carts breaks. (For parents that are worry about thier kids going to fast the system has automatic braking above 25 kmh) The Adventure Park has a few Zip lines that I saw, but I did go on it.

My husband and I had an awesome time! Our daughter would have loved this if we brought her. You take a ski lift to the top and they have many different things you can do. They have a ropes course, zip line and coaster. The coaster was actually really neat. You have a beautiful view of cows and the town. The restaurant at the top was lovely as well and the cordon blue was delicious. A family could easily spend several hours here entertaining their children. Highly recommend for adults and kids.

One of the best ride of my life.. I enjoyed it very much.. The view was splendid.. It was soooo beautiful.. I took the package with the go-pro.. The quality of the video is really good.. Clear and highquality.. Unfortunately the view in the video is quite limited based on the head movement.. It would be nice if there is a possibility to attach the go-pro on the wrist.. I hope this will be considered since we can get a begter view and also we can include our face during the filming..

Amazing! Well worth a visit! You buy the taboggan rides and chair lifts in 1, 3 or 5. Worth doing 3 or 5 as you’ll want to do it more than once! The taboggan ride takes around 4 minutes and has amazing views. Would recommend buying tickets there and not in advance, as they shut the taboggan if it rains so you could end up with tickets but not be able to ride. Although the tickets are valid for 12 months, so you can use them another time if you return within that time.
