Was a bit disappointing (maybe we had more expectations??) because, the visit ended before we thought it started. A small place that has few pictures and called Museum. We went on Sunday, so there was no working happening to see chocolate manufacturing in live. To be fair, they did inform that no one works and we could see the videos and the machine. The free tasting of chocolate was not as expected. It’s not about quantity, but the diversity. They had 4 types of chocolate in display for trails. That’s it. Overall, my personal opinion is to visit other places if you could.

Visto le recensioni pubblicate mi ha incuriosito e sono partito per visitarla. Con mio dispiacere arrivati sul posto all'ingresso ci comunicano che la fabbrica è ferma, ma se si vuole si può visitare lo stesso. Considerato che la produzione è ferma mi sarei aspettato almeno una riduzione del costo di ingresso, invece nulla. Il prezzo è di 5 euro per gli adulti E di 2 euro per i bambini sino a 12 anni se non ricordo male. Pagati i 7 euro la signora ci fa entrare ci dà un mini grissino bagnato nella fontana di cioccolata e poi se ne va. Iniziamo la visita entrando nel reparto di produzione, ci sono diversi monitor in cui si può vedere le varie fasi della produzione, la visita anche con gli impianti in funzione al massimo può durare 10 minuti. Usciti dal reparto produttivo si entra in aerea dove sono esposte servizi da cioccolata, stampi, impianti antichi, c'è anche un area multimediale dove si può assistere e vedere altre informazioni. Usciti dal "museo" si entra nell'area vendita dove c'è esposta la produzione di questa fabbrica. Sparsi per il negozio ci sono diverse ciotole con assaggi del prodotto esposto. Ho provato diversi assaggi, devo dire che non tutto mi è sembrato buonissimo, il cioccolato di media qualità diciamo che non mi ha fatto impazzire. Conclusioni Il prezzo d'acquisto del biglietto direi sproporzionato per quello offre e per quello che c'è da vedere.. Mi sento di Sconsigliare quindi la visita al reparto produttivo e dirigersi direttamente nel negozio. Se questa recensione ti è stata utile premi 👍🏻 mi aiuterai a migliorarmi 😉

Честно говоря, в целом поездка на эту шоколадную фабрику меня разочаровала. Во-первых, до неё достаточно долго добираться общественным транспортом. Плюс на перегоне Lugano-Caslano по выходным поезд ходит дважды в час и на обратном пути нам пришлось ждать его 20 минут 😬 Во-вторых, прежде чем ехать, я зашла на сайт фабрики и посмотрела как работает часть для туристов. Там написано: с понедельника по воскресенье экспозиция открыта с 9:00 до 17:00. Ну ок. Собрались, приехали в субботу по дождю. А нам с порога говорят, что фабрика сегодня не работает, шоколад не производится т.к. у производства выходной и посмотреть его в работе не получится. Но конечно же вы можете пройти посмотреть нашу экспозицию и цех с выключенными станками... Кому что, а лично мне очень интересно было именно производство 😒 Ну посмотрели мы станки и аппараты, немного истории шоколада. Но это совсем чуть-чуть и не так интересно и красиво оформлено как в других шоколадных фабриках, в которых мы были (ещё три помимо этой). Единственное, детей порадовала зона дегустации в магазине. Шоколад мне не очень понравился. Специально его искать и покупать точно не буду. Гостей на эту фабрику тоже не повезу. Если окажемся поблизости на машине, может быть заеду посмотреть на производство в работе, и только. Вот такой не восторженный отзыв получился... В основном из-за того, что на сайте не указано, когда производство не работает.

Taking a peak into chocolate factory for €5 and getting very reasonably priced chocolate- yes please 👍🏻 Via elevated platforms you can watch the process of chocolate manufacturing, then there is one room with a quick history of chocolate, and by the end there is a factory shop with really well-priced chocolate of all sorts. A dream come true for chocolate lovers (which I believe is 99% of the planet). And staff is super friendly and speak English. I'll be back!

Such a lovely factory! The price of the museum is okay. You can see the inside of a chocolate factory (although it's not as magical as seen in the movie Charly and the Chocolate Factory). At the begin of the museum you get a sample of 'fresh' chocolate from the small chocolate fountain. After the museum visit you walk through the shop where you can taste the chocolate before buying it. Such delicious chocolate!

I had the chance a while ago now to visit and take the tour and see the progress of how the chocolate is made in this factory while on a day trip to Switzerland while staying in lake Como. After we took the tour we ended up in the chocolate shop where we got to test the chocolate before we bought a bunch of it. All the chocolate here tasted great and wish I could find it at home.
