The Alprose Chocolate Museum is small but charming. When we visited, the factory wasn’t operating, so we didn’t get to see the chocolate being made in real time, which was a bit disappointing. However, they do show interesting videos about the history of chocolate and how it’s made, which makes up for it in a way! 📽️✨
Right at the entrance, there’s a fun chocolate fountain that sets the mood perfectly – it smells amazing and definitely gets you in the chocolate spirit! 🍫⛲they give you a taste of it, of course 😋 At the end of the visit, you get to enjoy some chocolate tastings (yum!), and there’s a cute shop where you can buy all kinds of delicious Swiss chocolates to take home. 🛍️🍬

The place is very small, and there’s no real reason to pay an entrance fee for something you can easily buy anywhere else. If you still decide to go, you can take the S60 train from Lugano FLP to Caslano Station, then walk about 150 meters to reach the factory. Personally, I recommend spending your time enjoying the beauty of Lugano and its surroundings instead, especially since the production lines are not operating on weekends, which makes the visit quite limited. Save your time to explore the city and buy chocolate whenever you like without...

Ceramic dishes which was used for chocolate by notability before chocolate was available for all people.
It was buy to buy some chocolates on July because we eventually get all our chocolate melted however, I ate...
