As an english speaker, the mall is very friendly and has a good variety. I am from South Africa and our malls are bigger, but for a country that hasn't been hit with the mall mind set - it's great. Has plenty of parking, all the usual shops a mall needs (except a good cinema) and has something for all ages. Toy stores and an outside play area for kids, gaming stores for teenagers, with clothing stores and restaurants for everyone... I even had my eye test done at the glasses shop for my driver's license (CHF 20.00). The guy at the store was very friendly and spoke great english. I left my bicycle outside unlocked and it was still there when I got back, always a welcome surprise.

Visited this mall for the first time after its reopening. No doubt it's huge. There are really good shops and eateries, but it's somehow -dead! Coming from India, where people are mall crazy, we have our malls bustling with activity and always full of people. The outside of our malls in India have huge advertisement hoardings, making it more colourful and enticing. The coolest thing was the interactive art exhibition at mall of Switzerland. Great idea and loved by art lovers like me. Also went outside to get ice cream 🍦, found that there was live music and the crowd was better outside where the restaurants are than inside.

Open daily (shops 9-18: 30/Thu + Fri 9-21/Sat 9-16/Sun closed) (restaurants 9-23/Fri +Sat 9-2/Sun 10-23), parking, bus & train station, restaurants/cafes, cinema, indoor surfing, wellness spa, fitness center. The youngest of the Swiss shopping temples is generous and ultra-modern. The mall is easily accessible via S-Bahn station and feeder road and offers sensational extras such as the standing surfer wave and the Imax 4dx cinema. The design is future-proof timeless and countless shops offer everything the shopping heart desires. Bargain time! Shopping in bad weather is probably the most fun here ...

+ good for shopping. + well located. + you will find almost everything in here that you may be looking for. + close to the train station Buchrain. - car parking is expensive. - shops offer is a bit limited when compared to others in the region. You will find some options for your meal, if thats what you’re looking for. Also if you are into the cinema you will find it here. It brought some new infrastructure to this area. Access was improved through Ebikon. Bus tration and train station are a good alternative to the expensive parking.

This is probably the saddest mall in Switzerland. Despite many vacancies, there is ,however, still a selection of good shops. But the whole mall is deserted on a normal weekday. Even in the big Migros supermarket there were only a handful of customers. Advantage: If you need advice, the staff in the shops will help you promptly. The food is quite good. Price/quality, for Swiss standards, is ok. The children's paradise is very attractive (just no children). There is also a multiplex cinema nearby.

Die Mall of Switzerland ist ein sehr grosses Einkaufszentrum in Ebikon im Kanton Luzern in der Schweiz. Mit 65'000 Quadratmetern Gesamtmietfläche ist die Mall sogar eine der grössten Einkaufs- und Freizeitdestination der Schweiz. Die Mall wurde Ende 2017 eröffnet. Immobilieneigentümerin ist die Abu Dhabi Investment Authority (ADIA). Konzeptionell wirkt die Mall interessant und für die Schweiz fast einzigartig. Neben zahlreichen Geschäften und Gastronomiebetrieben gibt es Freizeit- und Sportangebote. Beeindruckend ist insbesondere die erste stehende Indoor-Welle der Schweiz. Hier finden sich auch an fast allen Tagen Besucher ein, die entweder schon surfen können oder dies gerne lernen möchten. Das Kinocenter mit seinen 12 Sälen und insgesamt knapp 2.000 Sitzplätzen ist jedoch nur wenig besucht. Desweiteren gibt es in der Mall einen Fitness Club und ein sehr grosses Kinderland. Veranstaltungen runden das konzeptionell scheinbar interessante Angebot ab. In der Realität hat das Angebot die Bürger jedoch nicht überzeugt. Seit der Eröffnung gibt es zahlreiche Leerstände und die Geschäfte in der Mall sind in aller Regel schlecht besucht. Preislich ist die Mall wenig interessant, hinzu kommen noch Parkgebühren. So kann man kaum Käufer überzeugen. Auch dem neuen Betreiber ist es nicht gelungen, die Leerstände und die Mieterfluktuation zu reduzieren sowie die Kundenfrequenz zu erhöhen. Für die Kunden ist ein Einkauf in der Innenstadt von Luzern ganz offensichtlich deutlich attraktiver.
