The view is amazing but the system of queue is terrible. We have arrived around 3 pm and we found out when we reached the top(after the cable car) that we have to make the reservation for return train and guess what. THEY SAID THE FASTEST TIME IS 5.35 PM. A lot of people on the top don’t know that. They have a station to get ‘boarding pass’ for reserve a return ticket. I know the booth for getting the boarding pass it’s right on the front when you arrived but isn’t it better if they tell before you get on a train. The lady at the boarding pass booth told me that if i cant wait i can take a cable car down and walk around 40-50 min because there is few time slot for the train. It’s ridiculous, isn’t it? And she keep tell me that if i would like to walk i can go right now. And she walk me to the way for cable car to go down but i just arrived!! She keeps insist to go down now. And after I have decided i will wait and asked them for the boarding time for 5.35 pm, and she said i don’t need the boarding pass for time slot 17.35 she said everyone gonna get to go down that time. BUT after that i have talked to another group that came on the same time with me that they have to wait until 5.35 pm so they have talked to the lady at the booth and they got the boarding pass for 5.35 pm. I feel really confused and went to ask for the boarding pass again because i’m afraid we’re not gonna get to go down at 5.35 pm. AND SHE STILL TOLD ME I DONT NEED A BOARDING PASS. So i have watched people keep coming to talk to the lady and she keep giving the boarding pass 5.35 pm to everyone. I have asked them 3 times for the boarding pass. And when the time arrived. At 5 pm there’re a lot of people are waiting and sooooooooo chaotic and i have queued and i still saw them keep giving boarding pass so i asked the same lady that so can i go down if i dont have a ticket? And finally she gave me the boarding pass in the last minute. But i feel like she only gave it to everyone. We still have to wait and can go down on 6 pm. And guess what they didn’t check the nonsense boarding pass (but i have watched the people who going down around 3-4 pm that i just arrived, they actually check they boarding pass). Overall, it have nonsense system and such a waste of time. We cannot make a plan if we cant estimate the time to return. They just wanna trick the tourist to order the food or coffee at the...
