Lac Bleu — Attraction in Evolène

I went here as this was reference point and a nice small hick for a enjoyable day , since it's April the lake is still half frozen , but I had the opportunity to visit that day so I went forward , the way up was not the greatest because it may be very difficult to walk , the path is partially frozen and specially slippery , very slippery!

But after a bit more you will eventually find the rest of the path with no ice or snow , the path is very pretty with views to mountains and many bird species!

Since I have nice telephoto lens I could keep it on my backpack and so I took way to many photos!

Finding the lake is easy as pie! There are big signs indicating it's location there is a big parking place close to the small village where sign with "lac blue " is.

For people with wheelchairs I believe is partially impossible even without snow the path either is narrow or has high inclination

Small but gorgeous. Perfectly blue lake, with his own waterfall, surrounded by easy hills where from its colours are even better admired. The hike from parking to lake is not the easiest because of falling stones, but neither the worst. A good hike, some cardio and then... the perfect blue.
