Come here if you support and condone racism because you will be right at home. We were two Asian girls on the toboggan ride and a European man started yelling at us from the top of the ride. He started swearing at us to go faster and shouted at us all the way down to the ride and hit me in the back with his kart. He yelled at us to “f off back to China”, the worst racism attack experience of my life here and the staff did absolutely nothing after that. The staff even gave the man a free ride after that! Nice to see that this business is SO STRICT with phone usage on the tracks and yet racism is completely acceptable and even SUPPORTED! Perhaps only at this establishment you will get a free ride as a reward after verbally assaulting someone. If you’re Asian, PROCEED WITH CAUTION because this organization does not care about their customers or racism. The staff working there even offered us another ride as a “solution”, if you think that’s the solution for your customers that just got verbally attacked with racist remarks you’re extremely out of touch with reality and you should invest in some sensitivity training for your staff maybe. You couldn’t pay me to return ever again. Even one star is too generous....

The views on the toboggan are beautiful, but my experience was really upsetting and scary due to an incident. A family behind me was tailgating way too close and yelling at my friend and I to go faster, even though we were following the 25-meter distance rule and going plenty fast (just maybe not absolute top speed). Their toboggan was almost about to hit us.

When we got off, the mother got in our faces, yelling that we should go faster and cursing at us. Keep in mind we are two young women and this was a family with grown adults. The staff saw us being cornered but did nothing until I approached an employee, and even then we were just told to “go” while the family got to ride again. We felt completely dismissed and unsafe.
