I recently had an incredibly fun and thrilling experience at a tobogganing park, with the most exciting winter activities using sledges. The park was a small nice winter wonderland, with its picturesque snowy landscapes and enchanting atmosphere. The staff was friendly and helpful, ensuring that I had the best equipment for my sledging adventures. As I soared down the slopes on my sledge, I couldn't help but feel an adrenaline rush. Tried immediately the hard one but not so extreme (unfortunately you need to pay extra for the highest one). The well-maintained slopes provided a smooth and exhilarating ride. Safety was prioritized, with clear guidelines and designated resting spots available. It’s just that you need to wait on queue everytime you wanted to go again as there were many people and only 3 slopes open was a bit taking the fun away. Did not spend 2 hours sharp because of the queue. My suggestion is perhaps you can limit people or open more slopes. Overall, the tobogganing park provided a memorable and enjoyable experience, and I highly recommend it for anyone seeking a fun-filled winter...
Read moreThe park doesn't come even remotely close to a rollercoaster experience but when you consider all the rides being made of ice and riding them without any belt across your chest, it gets really exhilarating for a while. We went in a group of eight and really enjoyed the place. The ticket costs 27 CHF and includes three types of slopes of varying heights and inclination. The attempts for these rides are unlimited but each session is limited to 1hour 50minutes. The sessions are scheduled at 10AM, 12PM, 2PM etc basically every 2 hours. So, you need to reach the place before the nest session starts. We reached at 11AM and had to wait for an hour for our session. Then, there're two more rides which have additional charges, Airbag (3CHF) and Flip (8CHF). These two are a must have being the most thrilling of all rides but sadly are limited to only one attempt per ticket. There's a sledging area made specially for children as well. And without a doubt, the park with a backdrop of the Swiss Alps is...
Read moreI recently visited the park and wanted to share some feedback. While I thoroughly enjoyed the thrilling rides and appreciated the friendliness of the staff at the slides, there were several issues that affected the overall experience:
Unclear Instructions: Upon arrival, I noticed a small sign at the ticket office advising those with reservations to proceed directly to the starting point. This was not prominent, leading to unnecessary waiting in queues.
Mandatory Helmets: We were unaware that helmets were required, as this was not communicated during the online booking process. Purchasing tickets for them involved additional queues and delays.
Additional Charges for Slides 9 and 10: It was disappointing to learn that these slides required extra tickets, which were not mentioned earlier. The need to queue multiple times for tickets, helmets, and rides made it difficult to fully enjoy the allotted...
