Haus der Museen — Attraction in Olten

We celebrated our 6 year old son's birthday with his friends at the nature museum. It was a very well organized tour through the museum , paper crafts/coloring and some games/stories during the celebration. Judith was very kind, friendly and explained selected items in a fun way to the kids. The birthday cake, the museum tour (with maximum of 12 kids and 2 adults), paper crafts, gift unwrapping and minimal( decent and good) party decorations are all included in this 2 hour birthday package. Overall, I would recommend as the kids enjoyed the party a lot and we need not take any tension as everything will be taken care of by the museum. Thanks a lot again...

I visited the Museum to catch the Franz Gloor exhibition before it finished, but took a look around the rest of the museum too. It was so nice, very modern and educational. Franz Gloor exhibit was amazing. And one of the ladies helped me a lot and made me truly feel welcome (as I'm from the UK). Definitely recommend visiting this cute...

Im Haus der Museen in Olten wurden 2018 mehrere Museen vereint: Naturmuseum Naturhistorisches Museum Historisches Museum

Anstatt in vormals zwei Häusern sind die verschiedenen Bereiche nun auf die 4 Stockwerke verteilt. Im 4. Stock befindet sich jeweils die Wechselausstellung. Im 3. Stock der vorzeiltliche Teil des historischen Museums. Im zweiten Stock ist das historische Museum untergebracht und im 1. Stock das Natur- und naturhistorische Museum.

Die Ausstellungen sind liebevoll arrangiert und bieten mit interaktiven und Tastelementen die Gelegenheit Wissen um Kultur und Geschichte zu vertiefen.

Toiletten und Lift sind vorhanden, Barrierefreiheit gewährleistet. Im EG gibt es die Gelegenheit, im Restaurant Magazin etwas zu sich zu nehmen. Busstation ist 20m entfernt und Parkplätze gibt es in der ganzen Umgebung. Auf dem Munzingerplatz hat es sogar die Möglichkeit 2...
