Read moreSuper awesome place. The cable car ride was mindblowing. I went there during the Xmas week and so the winter was at its fullest. Along with the entry coupons a UV protection glass is given. After that we boarded the cable car to reach the first level of glacier 3000. From there we changed onto the 2nd cable car and reached the summit Glacier 3000. The cable car is mostly filled with Skiers. We have to take a small 2 person cable car or what is called as the Ice express chairlift to reach the activities location. We tried out dog sledding. I missed the Alpine coaster since it is open only in summer and the coaster trackers were under snow. Snow bus ride is also available. For the adventure junkies Skiing is there. After jumping around in the snow for some time we headed back to the Ice express chair lift and went for Peak Walk. A 107 m long suspension bridge connecting 2 Peaks. At the end of the bridge there is a TISSOT watch showing time and Altitude. To add to the adventure it was -15 deg C. We had lunch in the restaurant there and took the cable car to go downhill.
The view from the bridge is breathtaking. I would say that the best time to visit is during winter when you can enjoy the full snow covered views. It was a memorable experience. Would definitely come back sometime...
Read moreWe are a family of 8 including 1 kids under 3 years old. We visited this place in hope we can experience some snow adventures. At the cashier before we got our tickets, we asked if there’s something to do up there and they hyped us up to try the experience. Unfortunately our experience was far from what we have hoped for. Once we were up, we took the chairlift to the “fun park”and we got stuck for 25 minutes not knowing what is going on and when it started again they let us down and told us to queue right away to take that chairlift back up. When we were getting off the chairlift, the worker was pushing us in an aggressive way, we almost fell from his aggressiveness on top of the snow being slippery. They saw that we were carrying the baby, yet they didn’t respect that and kept pushing and yelling at us. Even if this was for safety reasons, they do not have the right to disrespect us in this way. We made it clear to them that we will complain and they did not care and continued yelling in disrespectful words. For the amount we paid for the tickets, we expected the best experience in this place but it was the worst experience we ever had and I wouldn’t recommend anyone...
