FunPlanet (kids) Rennaz — Attraction in Rennaz

We organize a birthday parties at Fun Planet Kids for the fourth time. Absolutely amazing team that is ready to help to realize any of your ideas, plans and wishes. To realize the desire of a child as well as the desire of an adult. Christopher and the Alliance are the people who will always help to solve any issue and make the party truly unforgettable, they are not only ready to listen to all your ideas and implement them, but also tell you how it will be better, offer their original ideas and also decorate the premises according to your vision. My children are simply delighted with the celebrations with the team of Christopher and the Alliance in Fun Planet Kids and Fun Planet. The guys do so that the children birthday boys and girls as well as their friends feel exceptional and special. And most importantly for adults, you can be sure of the safety of your children and that they are under the constant supervision of a wonderful team. In Switzerland, there are not many places where you can completely trust the team that will realize your wishes. Fun Plan Kids is the place where children really get into their children's world of fantasies and possibilities. Many thanks to the guys, we will come back...

A bit on the expensive side (79 CHF for 2 kids and 2 adults), we arrived when they opened and not everything was working, maybe it's best to arrive 30 minutes after opening. About the indoor experience: they are multiple themes and overall it's quite nice. My kids enjoyed their time but there were a few games where we didn't understand what to do or if the game was broken and although there was a lot of staff, none came around to help out customers by showing them what to do. For food I recommend to go to the restaurant on the other side rather than eat the super sweets on the Kids side. Overall, I would probably give it a 3,5 if I could. I'd give it more if the staff was more "proactive" and paid a bit more attention to detail in regards of making sure everything works and...

EDIT no.2 : LAMENTABLE, même les grands-parents handicapés, qui physiquement ne peuvent faire strictement AUCUNE attraction sont obligés de payer !!! Je suis donc obligée de ne plus mettre qu’une seule étoile, même si ce lieu n’en mérite aucune. Mon père PMR, devant utiliser en tout temps un rollateur pour se déplacer et ne pouvant pas utiliser ses deux mains ni tenir en équilibre debout, a dû payer son entrée alors qu’il n’était là que parce qu’il ne pouvait pas rester seul à la maison. Inadmissible et vraiment scandaleux. Plus jamais nous ne mettrons les pieds dans cet endroit.

EDIT no.1 : (suite à la réponse du propriétaire) : j’y suis allée le 21.05.2022 et à l’accueil on m’a bien dit qu’il n’y avait PAS de wi-fi accessible au public. Je n’ai même pas pu envoyer un SMS pour signaler que je ne pourrai pas répondre à d’éventuels appels. Par ailleurs, vous indiquez qu’il y a plusieurs attractions qui justifient le prix pour les adultes, mais c’est comme dire aux parents qu’ils peuvent profiter de la pataugeoire à la piscine ! Surtout vu le prix que paient déjà les enfants.

Nous sommes en 2022 et dans cette halle, pas de wi-fi, et aucun réseau mobile accessible (je suis chez Swisscom et Sunrise). Très gros point négatif pour moi, qui me suis totalement ennuyée pendant 3h30 pendant que mes enfants couraient partout.

Et ceci alors que le prix d’entrée pour adultes est de CHF14.— et que parmi les jeux il n’y a peut-être que les autos tamponneuses et le minigolf qui peuvent être utilisées par des adultes (ainsi que quelques jeux d’arcade pas franchement excitants, dont des pinces à peluches cheap). Alors oui, c’est un lieu destiné aux enfants, mais faire payer les adultes, qui en attendant que leurs rejetons aient fini de jouer, n’ont même pas la possibilité de passer le temps sur internet ni de travailler - ni même de recevoir des appels urgents ou d’en faire !!! est vraiment décevant.
