For lovers of horology, this is an essential experience. I came to Switzerland to visit my sister and her husband who live in Luzern, and the three of us came here to visit Longines together. I have multiple Longines timepieces in my collection so this is something I've always wanted to do! Nicolas C. and Samuel A. were the most gracious hosts for us during our museum tour. They made the experience amazing. Although we arrived late, they were very kind to us and gave us the full experience. Nicolas talked through the entire Longines history with us, and showed us the whole museum. Even though my sister and her husband are not watch enthusiasts and did not previously know very much about Longines, they had a wonderful time here. Even they were surprised. Nicolas made the experience extremely informative and interesting for even them, and for me too. We all were very impressed with his level of knowledge about every piece and every area of the museum, and he answered so many questions from us the entire time. At the end, he helped me look up my old pocket watch (which I purchased not working, and restored it) from 1920 in the archives, and we discovered it was entered in the logs on October 18 in 1920 (Oct 18 is my sister's birthday). This was an amazing surprise! Nicolas spent a lot of extra time with us after the tour to talk, and Samuel spent a lot of time with us also to provide refreshments, talk more about Longines, and allowed us to try on several beautiful watches. I highly recommend this experience! Even if you are not a watch/horology enthusiast, the history of Longines and the important role it played in Switzerland's watch industry is fascinating. For watch lovers already, you are guaranteed to learn something new during the tour. Also, the drive to Saint Imier in the Spring is quite beautiful. I will be back here with my family in the future!

I have been a huge fan of Longines for many years and have several of their releases in my collection. Recently I was lucky enough to be able to visit during a trip to Switzerland. You have to make an appointment for the visit via their website but it is an amazing guided tour and it is free of charge. My wife and I had a wonderful young man as our guide and I am very sorry for not remembering his name but he was very informative, patient, and was a joy to speak with regarding the history of Longines and Swiss watchmaking in general. There is a small gift shop but no boutique or shop for you to purchase a watch to commemorate the visit. Regardless of this very small complaint, I would highly recommend a visit for any timepiece collector or enthusiast of watchmaking. Wonderful staff and amazing location, scenery, and of course, a comprehensive collection and history of this legendary brand.

A company with a vaste history of timekeeping. I had an individual tour of 90 minutes. My thanks to Anne, who was my guide. The tour was very informative and Longines have done a wonderful job in creating this museum. Their essential activity in aviation timing is very well presented. I recommend this tour. Contact Longines by email. The tour is free of charge.

Our family had a truly exceptional experience at the Longines Museum. From the first time Sam welcomed us at the entrance, we felt comfortable and energized. Our tour was fascinating, informative, and fun for our multigenerational group including four school-age kids. The tour guide, Philippe, was incredibly knowledgeable, answered our many questions in great detail, and explained the history of longines and timekeeping more generally. The artifacts in the museum including seeing the patent for the watches, the sports racing timekeeping devices, and the Longines’s aviation tools were truly fascinating. Some in our group were already very interested in watches and others had absolutely no background, but after our tour experience we all were convinced that Longines would be our preferred watch...
