Good Pizza. Generally quite nice. BUT pretty unprofessional staff: Yesterday we agreed with the guy from the Reception that we would pay in the morning after we would have exchanged money. All good. Then in the night, when we wanted to go to our room, another staff stopped us in a very unfriendly way and didn't want to let us go to our room unless we would pay. We told her that we could either pay in Euros that very moment OR pay in CHF in the morning. It took them a long time to decide for the Euros. We were on the mountain and all the Hotels were closed, so we had to find a place to stay over night - this was the only choice we knew. The hotelrooms had it's last renovation anno 1970. The beds were not very long - with a board at the end, the roller blade wouldn't close - stuck after 30cm, the shower head was totally calcified - water in all directions, but not on the body. The TV, most channels didn't work, bad picture quality. He wanted to charge us CHF 140.-, I recommend no more than CHF 100.- / doubleroom.

Nous avons commander cinq pizzas. Outre le prix exorbitant (42.- une familiale), une des pizzas fausse (mais c'est notre faute nous aurions dû dire romana au lieu de jambon-champignons d'après le patron) et une baignant dans l'huile, cette dernière collait au carton et n'était pas cuite. La dernière fois que nous avions commander nous avions déjà reçu du Rivella périmé, nous nous sommes dit que cela pouvais arrivé. Quand nous avons reçu ces pizzas nous avons appelé pour réclamé, après avoir eu 3 perso nés au téléphone, j'ai décider de ramener la pizza. Le patron a mis la faute sur le livreur trop lent. Il nous a refait les pizza, quand je lui ai dis que c'était normal si il mettait des lardons hyper gras, il s'est offusqué et m'a montrer son bol de lardons. En effet de vulgaire lardons m-budget. 42.- pour des ingrédients bas de gammes, non merci. Aucun geste commercial ne nous a été fait, juste refaire les pizzas.
