Saxer Lücke — Attraction in Sennwald

Simply put: pictures can’t capture the magic of this place. Feels genuinely that you are not on plant earth - vertical walls of rock surrounded by grass and sunlight… a must go!

Take the cable car up to the restaurant, then it’s a 1h hike on rocks, roots and grass to reach the viewpoint. You can either continue and do a loop (3-4h total) or come back. Wear appropriate shoes and equipment. Not dangerous and suitable for older children, but this is a mountain not a city park, so prepare...

This place is out of this world and you have to see it with your own eyes as pictures don't really give it justice. It's also only a short and easy hike from the Berggasthaus Staubern on a well market path. That also mean it can get busy here. Lift to Berggasthaus Staubern is CHF40/return/person.
