Santa House at Rochers-de-Naye — Attraction in Veytaux

Would give it zero stars if I could. Cancelled our trip with 24 hours notice due to weather - as if it never snows in the mountains in December.

What disappoints me is not them having to cancel the trains due to weather - for safety reasons this is of course understandable - but the complete lack of alternative or attempt to do anything in it's place. Why cannot they try and arrange a room somewhere in Monretux for the kids to still come and meet Santa? While it wouldn't be the full experience, an attempt to do something, rather than just letting down all the families and children, seems like the minimum effort given. If it was an experience for adults it would be one thing, but expecting small children to understand is quite different.

Not sure I will bother trying to book this experience again, if that's the level of customer service they think...
