Gornergrat is the last stop of the Gornergrat Railway, which is the namesake of the entire railway. Here you can get a 360 view of the surrounding Alps, and you can also find other attractions here like a restaurant, observation deck, hotel, hiking trails, gift shops and multimedia Zooom experience.
The view up here is gorgeous and the temperature in summer is comfortable for casual shorts and t shirt. The wind can gey chilly sometimes, so bring a windbreaker just in case.
Aside from photo opportunities, what I like about this place is how people stack stones together all over the place to make these stone towers.
Be sure to visit the back of the tower and take the short hiking trail for the full experience, and if you're feeling adventurous, you can hike down to the next station as well.

Got stuck at the top with every attraction closed for 3+ hours in very dangerous conditions. 60-70mph winds. Seems like they are willing to take your money no matter what.
