月光小棧位於都蘭山麓，座山面海，原本是都蘭林場的行政中心，後來改以植樹造林為主，林相相當優美。

1樓做為藝術展出，２樓是國際知名導演林正盛拍攝電影「月光下 我記得」的場景，東管處特別將該電影完整又乾淨的日式復古場景陳設保留下來，並設置相關解說導覽資料，開放給遊客參訪，讓整棟建築散發濃濃的藝文氣息。在這裡，時光彷彿回到過去，若你想感受沒有商業化的都蘭純樸姿態，這裡是最佳的選擇！
