We went there for the kids chocolate DIY after seeing an ad at our resort. The kid in the ad looks like she was making a chocolate cake with a spatula and all, but we soon realized that as was totally misleading (I’m inclined to call consumer protection because of that ad). We were totally disappointed with the activity: basically pouring low quality melted chocolate into plastic molds and putting it into the fridge. For the price of NTD 400 per set it should have at least been the high quality chocolate they produce themselves. The presentation on where chocolate came from was informative but not worth paying for. The staff was friendly but really not...

I thought we would have some hands on with the chocolate making process from the cocoa fruit or seeds, but it turns out to just be shaping candies with low quality melted chocolate. You don't have to travel 1 hr to the farm to do this. You can just melt any cheap chocolate and...

There was no staff to guide and we waited for more than 30 minutes in class before the DIY part begins. Next day I think back and was puzzled why we did not get to attend the eco introduction part. It is the highlight we go to the farm. I called and the conclusion is the person did not make sure everyone is notified when it is time to go out for the eco introduction part. This is terrible. Wasted our time waiting and trip all...
