海賊蔡牽、東南海盗の乱を平定し、浙江水陸提督に至った邱良功の母、許氏を顕彰したもので嘉慶17年（1812年）建造。往時の金城の中心、金門鎮総兵署からおそらく金門随一の船着き場であった浯江とそれに面した代天宮へのなだらかに下る道の途中にある。海賊対策であろうが、やけにクランクした道にあって、しかも代天宮前の露店市場街へと向かうため、その繁華は極まりない。そんなところにこんなものを建てる神経が分からないとか最初は思うが、実際は声があがるほどの衝撃的な瞬間であり、それはこの街の「気」の流れがこれでもかと視覚化されるからである。

それは都市的な祝祭空間でもあり、それはその往来する人々やバイクのひきもきらない流れによって視覚化されるとともに、その「気」がここに収束して最大限化し、この門を潜り抜けることで「聖別」され「増幅」し、「舞台化」された人々は、さらに「聖別」された「気」を各所へと巡らすのである。その意味では祝祭空間であるとともに中華的な「霊関」であり、実際、往時から続く殷賑の共鳴はここに増幅され、永遠に続くかのようである。その繁華は常のことだとしても、この門のあるのとないのとでは大違いであることは明瞭に感じられよう。そしてこの界隈の猥雑さはその一角が現代的なコンビニに置き換わっても全く動じもしない。こんな圧倒的に「機能的」で、「祝祭空間」をさらに「増幅」する「装置」は初めてであり、しかしそれは街路、街区との絶妙な釣り合いのもとにあるため、「現代的」な市街とは相容れない。が、何と言うことであろうか、ここの現代的新市街は、この坊界隈にある「カリスマ」的魅力を全く生み出せないのであり、そして東アジアに限っても現在の各大都市にあって、これほどの濃密な「気」と栄華猥雑の調を奏でられている場所は...
