今天訂飲料結果九點多才去拿， 鐵門已經放一半了， 晚班收班一個瘦瘦的姐姐服務態度很客氣， 是我遇過最好的！ 不僅沒有覺得我耽誤到他們下班， 要走的時候問我鐵門需不需要幫我用上去一點， 還幫我們飲料裝在保冷袋， 真的很暖，謝謝你❤️

今天2017/6/29 下午訂18杯外送的飲料。發票機壞了 也沒其他方式開發票 還硬堅持要等修好後要客人自己到店去拿或者等再訂外送才一併送。店長一句不好意思還不會講。跟她說:"發票機是你們店問題，為什麼要客人自己跑去拿?"而自稱 店長的小姐還回嘴說:"發票機壞也不是我們問題，是發票廠商的問題!"。哪這樣所有遇到的客人不就吃虧了嗎？還要自己跑回去拿? 如果經過的客人是遠足來的而發票機壞了還沒別的方法開給客人而且還是賣給那些經過的客人是對嗎？最好是每個客人有一個一個留電話通知去拿!哪壞掉的那期間有多少發票客人無法拿? 我最氣的是 我在說要客訴她的時候她是有緊張說"不然她自掏腰包用寄的給妳們"。但後面還補一句跟我說說:"但是如果每個客人像妳這樣子要求我沒辦法。這樣我要補太多錢寄發票"。這樣了不起啊？你們到底因此少開多少發票給客人?...

一直都是CoCo的忠實粉絲，不管去哪 我總會找間CoCo暢飲一下，但是只有在「樹林保安店」才有感受到服務熱忱的感覺，而且貴店的四季春青茶好好喝！我超愛～我家小孩更愛奶茶三兄弟，上次點餐發生了小插曲，沒想到店長銘記在心 還補償我⋯認真感動...

1/26晚班服務員態度非常惡列並且不耐煩，本日經過購買看到有優惠詢問商品，簡單5秒中如同念經一樣講的有聽沒有懂，再詢問一次就用不耐煩的臉色回應我，詢問app如何操作，很不願意的教我用，當時沒有客人沒有在忙的情況下，還是後面進來的客人幫我用，選錯了店家還得特地跑去別家拿...
