I've been buying here for years because it's the only KFC in the neighborhood, but the service is always poor. We've gotten the wrong order numerous times only to discover the mistake when we get back home. Compared to their other branches, this one is really not up to...

The service was so so. Cashiers have no face expression looked very unhappy. I ordered through the internet and picking up in the restaurant but the meals were delayed for no reason...

肯德基真的很差勁 一顆星我都不想給 我在大約中午的時間就網路預訂快取時間在下午5:30 但是我在4:30時因為外面在下雨 想說早點去等沒關係 結果我從4:30-5:30中間的時間一直在看備餐單號和取餐單號 完完全全都沒有我的號碼 我想說問一下櫃檯人員（請問快取的號碼是不是也會在螢幕上）對方回（是的都在上面）我說（但我等很久都沒看到我的單號連備餐的都沒有）對方回（噢我們訂餐人比較多所以不會顯示 還有快取要排隊） 於是我就繼續默默的排隊 時間一分一秒的過去了⋯⋯現場進來排隊的人都已經取餐走人了⋯ 我的單號還沒出現⋯連其他快取的客人在前面也都被告知什麼東西沒有要不要換要不要等⋯

我想請問現場排隊的客人餐都比預訂的人快 那你們何必用了一個網路預訂快取？？？請問快取的比現場客人的還要慢？為何？ 網路訂餐讓客人預訂時間卻沒有在時間內做好？

我三年吃不到一次肯德基⋯久久一次就遇到這種問題？是我太幸運還是這問題一直都存在著？ 一直都存在著的話...

入口左邊兩台點餐機可自行使用，蠻方便，因為看店員感覺很忙就使用點餐機，二樓內用區冷氣有涼，桌位稍擠 薯條 雞塊溫溫的，可樂沒有足夠的氣冰塊放不夠多，原味蛋塔吃起來有甜膩感，棒雞腿外衣酥但溫度不到熱 微溫 點餐過程中店員可能為求速度，所以裝了食物的餐盤會較出力大聲的放在櫃檯上，在櫃檯前看到我的食物彈跳了起來，飲料杯一側邊也佈滿了汽水滴 感覺都是長時間一直是保溫狀態的食物，不像麥xx會有熱燙的薯條雞塊炸雞，所以這裏就普通而已 下午4～5點時段用餐區維持普通，桌上有前位客人留下的各種殘屑，廁所ok，沒有髒亂或濕濕的

吃過北大的肯德基 只能說 樹林再加油。 同樣是青花椒 為什麼樹林的看起來吃起來感覺差這麼多⋯薯條也是 又乾又柴的雞肉誰吃得下去⋯ 一開始寫20:55抵達最後9:10左右才拿到 是因為別人有加錢所以先送別人嗎？ 如果有那我無話可說🙁 整個餐點只有玉米濃湯可以接受⋯ 以往訂餐都可以用line pay或者apple pay今天訂餐完全不能用 這是正常嗎？ 詢問外送員也回答不出來 被說是我卡的問題 我說我卡沒問題 他也回答不出來 貴公司應該培訓好店員如何應付這些問題
