Once you get here, go to the diving centre and rent snorkeling gears for swimming. The prices is 250 taiwan dollars for one day regardless of time limits. You definitely want to get some water shoes with the rubber soles too since the trek there and the snorkelling area itself is rocky. Snorkelling there was amazing! We went in September and it was a scorching hot day. The water was clear, refreshing, and there's tons of marine life to observe. There's also a rope to climb up one of the rocks which you can then jump off of.
