The Night market here only every Wednesday and Sunday night. There are lot more vendors here on Wednesday night compared with Sunday. It is very happy to see a big crowd here when I was here on Wednesday, there are long line (10 plus) in front of many carts. It is a organized chaos. There are few stalls that can play some games or selling some household items or clothes or shoes. The smell and the sight are unique which if you have chance to visit one while you visiting Taiwan if you don't mind the sanitation conditions.

週三攤位多相對人潮也非常擁擠，路邊停車位難等，夜市的佳林路入口處有計次$100停車場，建議騎車前往比較方便。目前吃過的攤位個人心得如下: 😋日品去骨排骨酥:推薦必買!外皮酥脆不油，排骨入味軟硬適中，不愧是排隊前幾長的名店，每次必買2份特大的灑梅粉，全家才吃的過癮！ 😋仙草伯：仙草奶凍超好喝，仙草味濃郁喝了會回甘，搭配純鮮奶甜度不高，非常順口，必買！ 😋彩色地瓜球:推薦必買!要張大嘴巴才能一口塞下的大型地瓜球，使用天然蔬果汁將每顆地瓜球染成美麗的漸層色，非常吸睛，外皮薄酥不硬、內部Q軟不空洞，是目前吃過最好吃的地瓜球，可惜後來再也沒看到了😢 😋來來現做潤餅:林口夜市周邊名店，料多實在又便宜，排隊人多但老闆速度算快(旁邊的章魚燒排隊更久)。 😋章魚燒：在來來潤餅旁，皮脆餡軟又大顆，章魚肉感覺不明顯，但口味調的不錯，涼了吃也不覺得油膩，要有排隊半小時以上的心理準備。 😋月見山沙威瑪：排隊人龍消化很快，肉有炭香、美乃滋微酸，蔬菜絲不少，搭配起來很爽口，小孩很喜歡。 🙂蔡媽媽麻油雞飯:排隊名店，選用北港麻油現炒油飯，很香、料不多、味道中上。 🙂金番薯QQ球:夜市常見的好吃地瓜球，在認識彩色地瓜球前會買這家。 🙂大溪醬燒臭豆腐:口味正常發揮，因為本身喜歡臭豆腐加上不太用排隊，每次去夜市必買，排排骨酥時邊吃。 🙂開運鐵板掛包：鹹豬肉略油、口味還可以，還夾了一顆荷包蛋，可以吃很飽。 🙂雄爸壽司:應該是夜市裡最有名的店了，掃QR code線上點餐，以價錢和餐點品質來說CP值高，算吃粗飽類型。 🙂串串香炭烤:夜市裡排隊最久的店，最久曾等過1.5小時﹐但可以點好食材後逛完夜市再來拿，醬料有香、價格平實，不到非吃不可的程度。 😐栽滋味滷味王:黑雞腳很大隻，豆乾、米血、雞胗、雞心口感不硬算Q，但醬汁味道很一般沒有特色，沒有想一直吃的感覺。 😐中後段很大攤的臭豆腐、蚵仔煎、麵線，只有麵線還可以，其他的味道平平，圖個吃飽而已。 😟蒜味烏龍豆干:醬料蒜味足但調味過重又單一，以致吃不出食材本身味道，說不上好吃。 😟墨西哥捲餅:泰式椒麻雞捲餅的炸雞腿皮厚肉硬、醬料只感覺得出辣味(中辣以上程度)沒有香味，捲餅皮內還包了一層米飯、美生菜、起司絲，有創意但食材間口感及味道實在不搭... 😟夜市正中間有個男老闆自己炸的地瓜球，看起來大顆誘人，但外皮酥硬，內裡完全不Q，咬下去又硬又黏牙，才吃一顆就煩惱剩下的怎麼辦⋯ 還有其他排隊名店-西班牙油條、拔絲地瓜、鳥蛋尚未嘗試，之後再陸續補上心得。

So crowded, Linkou Night Market only open every Wednesday. So many things there from any kind of foods, shoes, cellphone covers, clothes and even games. If you are visiting Taipei and your place near New Taipei area just visit it. It could be a new experience to enjoy the night in Taiwan while eat some local snacks.

The older night market of the two now existing night markets in Linkou (the other being close to Chang Geng Hospital). Size has gotten bigger than I last visited 2 yrs ago. Was alot of fun for the family as there are lots to buy, eat, and play for the kiddies!

However, parking was outrageously expensive as we were charged NTD 100 going in on the far end of the night market (entrance close from the Carrefour supermarket), then to find out the area was privately owned property opened up at night to earn easy money…

It's now 2022… Because of the coronavirus, the night market has become smaller in size, you could park at the above-mentioned info, and at this time of writing, there's no one to guard and charge for the parking. It's no longer Carrefour Express, but has become a BnQ...

A night market in Linkou 林口 district every Wednesday night, plenty of food and beverages. My favorite here is the 餃子dumpling, awesomely tasty. I've tried from other night market but so far i like here most. You can also play some mini games, buy some bread, and many more.
