Every year on the birthday of Shangyuan on March 3rd of the lunar calendar, a grand ceremony is held in the temple, attracting a large number of believers. The architecture of Wuji Tianyuan Palace is famous for its grandeur. The five-story main hall towers into the clouds and has the Sanqing Pagoda, which symbolizes the Three Qing Dynasties of Taoism. The temple adopts the traditional Chinese palace-style architectural style, with the roof covered with green glazed tiles, decorated with dragon and phoenix carvings and a large number of colorful paintings, which is very spectacular.
