A pretty lake to visit. The walk around the entire lake is a bit over 5km. It is mainly on a sealed road/walkway. There are also a number of spots that have more advanced tracks for those well prepared up the side of the mountain.

Across from the main parking area are shops and basic restaurants typical to Taiwan. There are public toilets along the lakeside. There are also multiple viewing areas for different views of the lake. There are pedal boats for hire to take out onto the lake for a bit of fun.
