Jiannan Mountain night view — Attraction in Taipei

Don’t follow Google Map if you are planning to visit this place. I followed the path and reached the point shown on the map, nothing there but the bushes and little view over the city. Trying to find the way back to the city, we followed the road sign board and kept up with the route to the place where people often watch the night scene. Must say the road is a bit creepy with tombstones everywhere and some places look like prisons or military units hidden in the jungle. Anyway it doesn’t worth the hike,...

📌登山路線記錄：騎車停在”文間山登山口” 路過”文間山三角點”到”劍南山夜景（現場標示：文間山平台）”大部分是平緩，但有些路段還是泥土路有點不平，下雨後不建議來 （””內為Google map 搜尋🔍關鍵字）

📌沿途風景 : 途中可以遠眺美麗華摩天輪等風景，走一段後可以看到另外一邊俯瞰故宮博物館的美景，最後走到”劍南山夜景”（文間山平台） 可以遠眺松山機場及大巨蛋台北101 信義區等大樓景色

📌Riding a motorcycle parked at "Wenjian Mountain Trailhead", passing by "Wenjian Mountain Triangulation Station" towards "Jiannan Mountain Night View (marked on-site as Wenjian Mountain Platform)", most of the trail is gentle, but some sections are still uneven dirt roads, not recommended after rain.

📌Along the way, you can enjoy distant views of landmarks like the Miramar Ferris Wheel. After a stretch, you'll catch a stunning panoramic view overlooking the National Palace Museum. Finally, arriving at "Jiannan Mountain Night View" (Wenjian Mountain Platform), you can admire the scenery including Songshan Airport, Taipei 101, and the Xinyi District skyline.

It must be one of the best night view spot in Taipei. The closest view spot from the city. (At least better than Yangmingshan.)

However, the problem is access for this spot. You should go up the small and narrow road for this spot which has no lights around it.

Walking is almost impossible for stranger. See google map carefully. Hard to find the entrance of the spot...
