Taipei City Zoo Temperate Animal Area — Attraction in Taipei

My favorite animal in this temperate animal area was the Red Penguin! We saw just before closing so it was pacing around and kept checking if it could go inside for the night, so it was tough to get a good angle. Nonetheless, the red panda was very cute.

This area also connects to the bird world station so if you’re ending your day here like we did you can take the train back to the main station at the front of the zoo and save yourself...

Highly recommend for parent or couple who love animals and enjoy the scenes. Ticket price is very cheap compared to other ones I have visited but you get to see many animals in this zoo. Easy to walk and very clean...
