牛仔星村 COWBOY STAR VILLAGE - 埔心牧場 豪華露營車屋 — Attraction in Taoyuan City

My family and I (my wife and two kids) recently stayed at Cowboy Star Village from 9/6 to 9/7, and I want to express our gratitude for the warm hospitality we received. From the moment we arrived at 10 AM, we were greeted by a friendly young man at the front desk with dyed yellow/brown hair. He graciously allowed us to check our luggage and borrow a golf cart to explore the nearby park and visit the animals.

After spending a few hours wandering through the park, we returned to the cowboy-themed check-in area. The same young clerk was incredibly helpful and gave our kids bubbles to play with while allowing us to check in early, which we really appreciated given the heat that day.

We stayed in cabin B12, which was cool and cozy upon arrival. The space was spotless, with the air conditioning working perfectly, creating a refreshing retreat. The glamping area itself was clean, bright, and had a wonderful outdoor atmosphere, offering a great balance between comfort and nature.

Included with the stay was a paintball activity where we shot at stationary targets. The young clerk even gave us some extra paintballs, adding a little more fun to the experience.

For dinner, the staff brought a generous spread of hot pot and BBQ ingredients right to our cabin and set up the cooktops for us. It was DIY-style, and the portions were more than enough. The flavors were good, especially for a glamping experience, and they sold ice-cold beers at the front desk for only 40 NTD. The young clerk made sure we were well-fed, offering more food if needed, which was a thoughtful touch.

As night fell, we played with toys in the central field, and later, the young man came around with sparklers for the kids to enjoy. The sleeping arrangements were also excellent, with comfortable bedding and foam pillows that ensured we all had a good night's rest.

One of the most pleasant surprises was the lack of bugs and mosquitoes in both the eating area and inside the cabin. It was easy to forget we were glamping, as there were no pests to disturb us.

The next morning, we woke up at 7 AM and enjoyed a simple, filling breakfast provided by the team.

A special thanks to the Cowboy Star Village team, and especially to the young gentleman with dyed hair. Your warmth and hospitality made us feel truly welcome, and we had a wonderful time because of it. We look forward to visiting again...

此次因員工旅遊入住埔心牧場之牛仔星村，還沒到可以入住的時間，可以提早登記，先到牧場到處玩。有提供使用卷：賽豬賽羊壓箱寶、與動物近距離餵食、定靶漆彈射擊、划船卷，晚上還有提供每房4件DIY作品。還有一袋宵夜零食包。最棒的是每房會配置一台電動車，讓你不會腳酸繞園區、四處串門子，非常方便（隔天11點退房要同時歸還，所以在那之前要去園區逛起來）

這兩天剛好是個沒什麼雨、又沒什麼太陽的日子，真的很舒服（不冷也不熱），露營區有小孩鞦韆滑梯、沙坑、中間有大草皮，帶個大球或是飛盤，就可以玩得盡興，園區也有提供羽球拍、球類可以玩，非常適合帶小朋友放電

住宿有小木屋、彩蛋露營車 （另外還有VIP露營車，有小浴缸、電視+簡易電動、獨立冰箱） 小木屋空間較大，小和室概念兩張雙人床任你打滾，浴廁乾濕分離！彩蛋露營車，麻雀雖小五臟俱全，若是家庭去，適合家中有國小四年級以下的身材瘦小一點的小朋友，可以睡上下舖，如果是一群朋友沒有小孩，建議小木屋會比較好，光是浴室空間差很大 （此次為了讓小孩體驗露營車，選擇彩蛋，唯獨洗澡比較不方便、小小孩如廁時馬桶過高，但基本上我覺得還算不錯，價格上可以稍做調整）

晚餐是火烤兩吃，說真的份量很多，吃不完未烤未拆封的冰起來，隔天帶回家，晚餐餐後會有工作人員做現場整理，省去自己整理的時間，我個人覺得超級棒！（園區有提供公用冷凍冰箱及冷藏冰箱、飲水機、微波爐） #飲料或酒請自備，但櫃檯也有賣飲料，就看喜不喜歡

隔天早餐簡單好吃，切片好的麵包、小孩愛的雞塊薯條，方便大家用餐，漢堡建議可以切半以便分食。 我們是8點取餐，大多食物吃到時都冷掉了，早餐飲料只有鋁箔裝果汁、冷豆漿，就看每個人的接受度，畢竟一個廚房，要準備整個大營區的所有客人、他們得提前準備才不會慌亂。

整體而言，我覺得還算不錯，沒露營過不知道怎麼評論價格，考慮空間規劃、門票、餵動物、划船、DIY、晚餐早餐食材、後續還有人幫忙收拾，還有提供電動車，工作人員態度都很不...

當遇到沒公德心的大團體，超過10人從傍晚開始吵到深夜，抽煙飲酒、賭博喧嘩，自備喇叭非要全場聽他們放的音樂聽他們唱的歌；有客人看不下去過去制止，結果事後換來對方仗著人多與酒意出言叫囂威脅，粗口響徹雲霄清脆響亮；以為超過晚上8點10點會停，結果一路吵到深夜凌晨，隔天早上7點起來繼續吵。

然而這一切牛仔星村的態度是「我們也很無奈」，然後兩手一攤。期間有看到一位嬌小女性工作人員前往制止，但一個小女生，面對10來個微醺半裸男，當然沒用。兩顆星有一顆是給這位工作人員的。

相信牛仔星村整個服務團隊不會只有這一位女性，但顯然在管理上是採取消極態度，也難怪沒有要增援自己女性同仁的意思。在官網標榜自己是豪華露營車屋全新互動體驗的同時，是否管理上也應該跟上自己喊出來的定位。（還是這些不愉快體驗是全新互動體驗的一環…？）

回到軟硬體包含活動與場地本身…活動有： 射漆彈40發(只能第一天使用) 划船(只能第一天使用) 埔心牧場本身門票(兩天) 動物飼料(幾張券可兩天內去換) 至於場地本身： 露營車算普通(同不少網友分享過的就是比上不足比下有餘，例如車子本身有時會因為你在車內的動作而晃動，需要習慣一下)，另有附電動車代步(1500至隔日1100）；

仍必須強調，當你遇到上述這種團跟你同場一整天，以及無作為的經營團隊，心情不用說不好，根本已經是焦慮；軟硬體、尤其是食物，根本也無心體驗/放鬆/品嚐/評論，也就沒什麼好談的了。

退房時獲贈埔心牧場門票，如網友正面評論時常提到的，展現出客客氣氣的服務態度，說是不好意思造成困擾。於是提出上述質疑，因此得到「也有其他客人反應」、「我們也很無奈」、「也有遇過更誇張的」等答案。聽起來，這類事情顯然不是第一次；所以說…這些門票又對事情有什麼幫助呢…？
