This heritage tea factory is very famous and must visit in Taoyuan. Taiwanese tea production is built with mixed and evolved technologies from Japan and ancient China. Thus it makes Taiwanese tea so special and full of different flavors. If you visit Taoyuan area, this one is a must-visit place for a relaxing tea time and refresh of Taiwanese tea production history.

First of all, be warned that the location is incredibly difficult to get to by public transportation, Second of all, the ticket price is way too much (150NTD) when you are essentially entering into a glorified gift shop with a very small "museum" attached. The upstairs is kind of interesting, but overall how everything is displayed (outside of the git shop + cafe) is very sloppy. There also aren't many places on the grounds which make for interesting photo opportunities.
