位於大溪百吉之荊州白帝城劉備廟，創廟迄今己有30年之歷史，為全省唯一供奉劉備為主神之廟宇，創建人陳儀和先生是位篤信關聖帝君之信徒，30年前即在家設龕供奉關聖帝君。於民國73年間，忽夢關聖帝君降諭，速建廟，迎奉三國蜀國昭烈帝劉備及桓侯張飛、武侯諸葛亮共祀，以彰顯桃園三結義之佳話，並諭長江三峽興大壩，「白帝城劉備廟」恐有淹沒之虞，宜在臺灣重建「劉備廟」濟世渡眾，並聖示陳家與帝君頗有因緣，諭儘速建廟，陳儀和先生自此不敢稍懈極力集資覓地建廟。……… 石雕皆由大陸地區運回台灣，提供問事解惑之地方！只是說…後人敬仰、敬拜很ok但切勿太過迷信！畢竟三國是典故的故事…裡面除了劉關張之外，五虎將都在其中…錦馬超雕刻裝扮不像…黃忠的弓沒放出來…因這是蜀國重地…然而沒拜劉禪……也沒劉備的兩位夫人+孫夫人隨伴…。而位於台七百吉附近之地…當做劉備未完成之志重地…荊州…
