首次帶小孩來童玩節玩水，想說週一來應該人沒那麼多吧～結果一到入園門，門口顯示裡面停車位是「0」，我們在原地等待了一下下才進園區，入園前已在Klook 直接購買門票，平日250元/大人，未滿6歲小孩(免費入園)，趁著暑假帶小孩去玩水清涼一下～ ————————————————————————- 一進去 先找個休息的地方坐著吃午餐，換上泳衣後，把防曬乳塗好塗滿，才帶小孩到水池區，趁著天氣不錯的時候趕快進去玩水，但是休息的桌椅一位難求啊～～～

中午左右才到達，休息區幾乎沒什麼空位，有的人還自備野餐墊跟輕便帳篷，還好我們很幸運的看到有一桌剛好要離開(靠近水池入口)。

帶著兩個小孩一起下水，水池裡面人超多，水池裡的水看似清澈，但是氯的味道超濃，那邊的設施除了中間的噴泉、小型滑水道、水上旋轉香蕉船之外，其他的都都不太適合幼童，滑水道一滑下去，小孩一定會吃水，沒戴著蛙鏡的小孩溜下去就會嚇到哇哇叫。 ———————————————————————- [精靈跳跳島] 有分130公分以下跟130公分以上 兩個區域…不要走錯囉！

跳進水上彈跳充氣床，除了可以盡情的跳動，上面的水會不停的灑下來，建議戴好蛙鏡再進去，我們家4歲的弟弟被水淋到怕，就跑出來說不玩了😆 ———————————————————————- [時光城堡] 5層樓高的巨型城堡，結合35公尺的超長玻璃滑道、管型滑道等各式刺激滑水道，還有水迷宮噴泉、LED電視牆互動，多元玩法一次滿足！

以為是漂漂河的我們，一家4口還很期待排了好久的隊伍，好不容易排到我們，我還擔心小的會怕，我抱著4歲的兒子一起進去，由於我沒戴蛙鏡的情況進去，水瀑直接灌在我頭上，眼睛睜不開，還不小心吃到水，擔心小孩會吃到水幫忙遮住他的臉，結果我緊張到差點崩潰！

前段進去水瀑不停的淋水，嚇到我無法正常呼吸，我叫在後面的老公盡快幫我的泳圈往外踢出去，結果快要出去的時候工作人員還不斷往我們身上潑水，我驚慌到請他別潑水了，快幫我把小孩抱起來…這個設施，真的不適合怕水的人進入，不然就會像我一樣…恐慌症發作@@ ———————————————————————- [小小海灣] 專為120公分以下小小朋友設計的安全戲水區，歡笑、水花與親子共舞！

這一個區域是最適合幼兒園內的小孩玩樂的地方，水淺，滑水道也不會太高，滑下去的時候要記得叫小孩下巴要抬高避免吃到水，這個區域就可以讓小孩玩上一個小時。 ———————————————————————-

趁著太陽還沒下山，趕緊帶小孩去沖洗更衣，園區有免費的浴室可以沖洗，但水是冰的(蓮蓬頭是固定在上方…覺得有點不方便洗小孩！ #裡面沒有「洗髮精、沐浴乳」要自備。 #旁邊有一區有投幣式脫水機跟吹風機可供使用。

Except for the suspension of the event in 1987 and 1992 due to the enterovirus epidemic and the SARS epidemic, the Yilan County Government uses the summer vacation to organize this event in the water park every year, attracting thousands of people every year. With 100,000 visitors, this craze for children’s play has developed to this day and has become an annual event in Dongshan River Water Park.

The Children's Play Festival originated from the planning and discussion of the "Yilan Memorial Day 200th Anniversary Series Activities" creative group. It was a themed carnival event targeting "children", but due to the huge cost, it changed its course. With a funding subsidy of 20 million from the Council for Cultural Affairs , focusing on "children's play"

宜蘭國際童玩藝術節自民國85年舉辦至今，除了民國87年及92年因腸病毒疫情及SARS疫情停辦外，宜蘭縣政府每年利用暑假期間在親水公園辦理這項活動，每年均吸引數十萬的人次，這股童玩熱潮，發展至今，已成為冬山河親水公園的年度大事。

童玩節起源於「宜蘭紀念日200年系列活動」創意小組的規劃討論，以「兒童」為對象的主題嘉年華活動，卻因成本資金龐大而改絃易轍，在文建會2仟萬的經費補助下，以「童玩」為主要的內容並在蘭陽舞蹈團秘克林神父的穿針引線下，介紹國外的舞蹈團體來華參加演出，再結合宜蘭的「水」，成為活動的主軸，一推出，即受到廣大的迴響，於是縣府再接再厲，以永續經營的觀點，讓童玩節持續辦理下去。

整個活動的組織是以縣文化局結合所屬的蘭陽文教基金會，及縣府各單位的行政支援，以公辦民營的方式，但由蘭陽文教基金會自負盈虧，縣府不用每年編列預算。9年下來，已能自給自足，童玩節可說是首創第一個由公部門主辦的活動非常成功的個案。...
