Stinson is the MAN! I was in town for a visit from California and needed to get my gym in. This gym is more phenomenal then the pictures I saw. I'll upload a few short clips! It's a GREAT gym. I understand there are many gyms in the area but I'd say this is 5/5 stars! Also customer service is superb! They've got great trainers too! Clean, many fitness offerings.

人員態度很差一開口音量就很大， 一位皮膚很特別姓氏也很特殊的 自稱主管的人員， （上面是寫教練啦 不清楚） 要求我換上他的air force , 第一個不衛生很噁心， 第二態度也太浮誇， 第三：旁邊阿伯穿有洞拖鞋你怎麼不借他？ 第四： 簽約時就講明會穿運動型包頭的人體工學布希鞋，館內建議就只是建議，同意了才簽，你覺得很難做事你們自己內部請協調好。 😇😇😇😇😇 此外設備不錯 ，齊全。 除了 和平店之「 星 」。

Pricey, yet worth it.

PROS: Four floors of workout space Sauna & spa pool in each locker room Normally not too busy Large variety of equipment (TRX, multiple brands of machines, a functional training area, a stretching section, an ab zone, boxing equipment, etc.) Clean shower rooms and bathrooms (there is soap and shampoo in the stalls, which are spacious) One free towel per guest per 6 hours Relatively cheap Inbody assessment with immediate results (muscle percentage, fat distribution, etc. plus a staff member will go over your results with you Many windows with excellent views (I can see Baguashan from the abductor machine!) Staff and customers are friendly, very willing to offer assistance and answer questions -Close to train/bus station -No time/equipment limit

CONS: Very pricey I felt a lot of pressure during the sign-up process, they show you around and give you a free Inbody scan, and then tell you how much it costs. The way they present this makes it hard to say no and very uncomfortable for a customer Only suitable for people who will live in this area a long time (the memberships are all priced at a year or longer)

Lovely service and great facilities! I am a foreigner (duh) who does not speak much Chinese, and especially with something like joining a gym that can be daunting and leave you with less information. Stinson, the specialist who showed me around and helped me set up my membership, was wonderful. Thorough, efficient, and did a great job at explaining and catering what parts of World Gym will be best for me based on my fitness preferences. He was fabulous and is a great point of contact as a World Gym team member who speaks English and can help bridge that gap! Looking forward to utilizing the great, pristine facilities and...
