It's a nice trail. It basically joins 天德堂 (TianDeTang) to 蓮花寺 (Lianhua temple, and even Lianhua park) but the starting is actually easy to pinpoint exactly at the place with the military tank (even if there are other entry point to the trail). On both ends, there are some free parking. The trail is easy, with nice views, under shadow most of the time, which makes it quite popular for everyone (family, sportive, retired people). Therefore, do not expect to be alone, especially on weekend. On the trail, there are a few platforms eventually with a few swings or bars for exercises. There are also some old bunkers from Japanese occupation, scattered here and there. One landmark is definitely the coffee shop in the middle which proposed beverages, rest and quiet atmosphere. A great temple to visit as well and also provide toilets for free, but we should try our best to keep them clean. If you are not good at exercising like me, in the middle of the path, enjoy coffee, drinks and desserts in the store (good price and free toilet) and return to the start. The trails which around the mountain have a lot of shadows that won't let you show under the sun. The most thing that I really like is when you arrive the top of the mountain, there have a variety of fitness equipments you can use by yourself.
