We stayed two nights at the Moyo Tented Camp during the Serengeti portion of our safari, and the place was outstanding. The tents offer a very relaxed and luxurious feel, but still maintain that bush charm that comes with camping. There's nothing quite like falling asleep to the sounds of the Serengeti, and if you're lucky, like we were, you might even wake up to lion footprints right outside your tent! The staff was superb. They'll greet you with drinks and a song, and they are nothing but friendly, talkative and helpful -- they started us a fire one night and sat around listening to stories of our own native animals. Lastly, shout out to the chef. There is no better food to be found in the Serengeti than in his kitchen. His roasted pumpkin, his fried fish, and his packed lunches are the best. Thanks chef! Picture of my dog in a hat also attached.

We stayed for two nights on a 5 day safari. This place was unreal. Hot shower in your tent, two sinks, a true closet, porch area on each tent, animal sounds. And the food...was to die for. The beds were so comfy. The dinners were gourmet. I could not believe I was in the middle of a national park eating that well. The staff were absolutely incredible. They sang to us upon our arrival and helped us with any issue we had. They even managed to squeeze some time in to do some laundry for us for a very reasonable price. I wish I could stay for a whole week!
