Serengeti Pure Luxury Camp — Hotel in Simiyu

Super place. The tent itself was stunning—very spacious, spotlessly clean, and not a single insect inside, despite being in the heart of the savanna. We even had a lion roaring just behind our tent at night, which added to the authentic savanna experience! We also had antelopes casually wandering in front of us, making the setting even more magical. The dinner in the evening was superb, but the lunchboxes were a bit disappointing compared to other places we've stayed.

The lodge is located quite deep in the Serengeti, so it takes about an hour to reach on roads that can be a bit rough at times, more when it's raining. The common areas weren’t extraordinary, but there was a lovely fire pit space that we unfortunately couldn’t enjoy during our three-night stay due to the rain.

A very beautiful tented camp. Nestled at the Central serengeti National Park. We got a very warm welcome from staff. Coffee/tea was available to keep us warm. The rooms are so spacious and so clean.

Everyone is very hospitable. Walking around at night isn't possible you have to be escorted to your room, since there's wildlife around. They have walkie-talkie for easy communication.

I was really sad to leave this place solely because my experience was amazing at this luxury tented hotel. How cool is it to camp in the middle of the Serengeti? Waking up to seeing wild animals outside your tent was surreal and a treat. Apart from the awesome location, the staff were very courteous and kind, Raymond the manager also very knowledgeable about the land and put our mind at ease about the wild animals in the area that we were perfectly safe.
