This definitely the most iconic architecture in this Bang Pa-In Royal Palace. Located in the middle of the lake, making it very photogenic. Aisawan Thiphya-Art Pavilion means "Devine Seat of Personal Freedom", apparently it has only been used once since being built by King Rama V in 1876 as a replica of Phra Thinang Aphonphimok Prasat in the Grand Palace. There's a statue of King Rama V in the middle of the pavilion.
It is hard to believe that there's so little info available about this pavilion, despite being a popular attraction. Legend has it that King Rama V kept his favourite daughter body here after her untimely passing. This probably explains why it is blocked for visitors...
