Senpom Hair Salon Bangkok — Attraction in Chom Thong Subdistrict

Update: unfortunately I have to deduct the stars again. About 40 bondings fell out WITH MY ROOT within 3 months (of course I have a lot less of my own hair now). I went to the salon again to have new extensions done and the quality of the new hair is incredibly poor.. after 3 weeks it looks like straw... The price was almost the same for much shorter and less hair and much much worse Quality. Unfortunately, it's all about the money and nothing else. And the waiting times are always at least 2 hours until you get to your appointment. And questions via Line go unanswered for weeks. An absolute no-go at this price. I'm not coming back.

Original post: A very nice salon. The extensions look really nice, I will report again in a few month what the quality looks like after some time, the price is high but if the quality is good it's okay. I was here a week ago and had an appointment at 11am. But I wasn't called until 1pm, which was a bit annoying. On the homepage it says that you get shampoo, conditioner, argan oil for free, but I had to pay for it and it's not cheap, about 1800 THB each. I'll still come back if the extensions still look good in...

After getting my hair bleached once my hair was a really brassy orange. I went with a vision to get that tone out of my hair and go lighter and more ashier tone. I was a bit reluctant as I have curly hair and curly hair is super dry. But as soon as I found out that they use olaplex I was more at ease. After taking a look through their Instagram account I knew I will be with good hands who knew what to do. And that’s exactly what I got. Pekky, the owner of the salon was surprisingly hands on with her work and you can see how passionate about hair she really is. The whole environment was friendly was welcoming. We spent more than 5 hours there and they didn’t let me feel uncomfortable even once. As they advertise they do speak English fairly well and I was able to communicate and tell them exactly what I wanted. If you have dry hair ask to use olaplex in your bleach which will help your hair from further damage. Although it will cost extra it’s worth it. And the prices are really good too. What they do is worth every penny. I will definitely be returning again. Thank you senpom staff...

I really don’t like writing bad reviews but I would like to warn anyone considering going here. Synopsis - Greedy, unreasonable people selling low quality products like horse hair and charging triple of what you would pay in Western Countries. I asked for a refund and return the crappy hair but they tried to charge me more for removal and refused to refund. They will deny and get offensive with any negative comments and say you haven’t been here etc etc. Go to Grand Plaza In Nonthaburi and pay real thai prices for Extentions removal 400 baht and for extension application for 3 rows 1500 baht. Hair color 1000 baht. Instead of at Senpom - 5000 baht hair extension removal, 50 thousand baht hair extension application and root color with highlights 10 thousand baht. If you complain to Senpom they will be very unreasonable and just ask you to come back in to spend more money - 5000 to Remove hair!. They offer no refunds of bad quality hair extensions. They do not honor promised hair packages of low cost - moving up the extensions when needed. After one month I had to remove the bad quality extensions and never re use them. Waste of 50 thousand baht of which you could buy a whole horse or pony for that price. A refund would have not resulted in this review! It’s their greed that gets in the way of good business. I Regret stepping foot into this place. Go somewhere else, even Hair Well in Pattaya Central Plaza has better quality and honest prices.

Они будут отрицать и оскорблять любые негативные комментарии и говорить, что вас здесь не было и т. д. и т. п. Сходите в Grand Plaza в Нонтхабури и заплатите настоящие тайские цены за удаление расширений 400 бат и за заявление на продление на 3 ряда 1500 бат. Окрашивание волос 1000 бат. Вместо в Сенпоме - эпиляция наращивания 5000 бат, наращивание волос 50 тысяч бат и окрашивание корней с мелированием 10 тысяч бат. Если вы пожалуетесь Сенпому, они будут очень неразумны и просто попросят вас вернуться и потратить еще 5000 денег на удаление волос! Они не предлагают никаких возмещений или бесплатной замены наращенных волос плохого качества. Они не соблюдают обещанные недорогие пакеты для волос, перемещая их при необходимости. Через месяц мне пришлось удалить расширения плохого качества и больше никогда их не использовать. Потеря 50 тысяч бат. Я сожалею, что ступил в это место. Сходите куда-нибудь еще, даже в Pattaya Central Plaza качество лучше и...
