Siam Amazing Park – A Fun-Filled Day for All Ages in Bangkok!
Siam Amazing Park is truly one of the must-visit attractions in Bangkok — a perfect mix of an amusement park and a massive water park, offering excitement, fun, and relaxation for both kids and adults alike.
Located about 20–25 km from Suvarnabhumi Airport (roughly 30–40 minutes by taxi), the park is easy to reach and makes for a convenient day trip whether you're visiting Bangkok or just passing through.
🎢 Land Rides & Attractions The park is divided into two major zones — amusement rides and water park. It’s highly recommended to arrive early and start with the dry rides first. From adrenaline-pumping roller coasters to gentler rides for younger children, there's something for everyone.
💡 Tip: Don’t jump straight into the most intense rides! Start with the lighter ones to warm up, and save the bigger thrills for later in the day.
Some of the rides are older and may show signs of wear, and a few may be closed for maintenance. It's best to check the ride availability at the entrance or on the website before planning your route through the park.
🌊 Water World – Home to Asia’s Largest Wave Pool! After lunch, head over to the water park section — it’s one of the largest in Southeast Asia and home to Asia’s biggest wave pool, There are also multiple water slides, lazy rivers, and cooling pools, making it a great place to unwind after a morning of excitement.
Although the wave action is relatively gentle, the overall water park experience is fun and refreshing, especially on a hot Bangkok day.
🍽️ Buffet & Facilities Our ticket included a buffet lunch, which, while generic, offered plenty of choices and was a convenient break in the day. It helped us recharge before diving back into the fun.
The park is well spread out with shaded areas, benches, and lots of green open space — ideal for families looking to take breaks between rides. The entire venue has a cheerful, slightly nostalgic vibe.
🚖 Getting There The most convenient way to reach Siam Amazing Park is by taxi or ride-hailing apps (like Grab). While slightly more expensive, it’s hassle-free and direct.
✅ Final Thoughts Despite a few aging attractions, Siam Amazing Park still delivers a full day of laughter, excitement, and unforgettable memories. It’s a fantastic destination for:
👨👩👧👦 Families
👫 Couples
👬 Groups of friends
🌍 Tourists looking to escape city life
Highly recommended — just check ride availability and weather before you go, and plan your ride...
Read moreI recently visited Siam Amazing Park and wanted to share my experience, especially regarding the "Amazing Adventure" part of the park. Unfortunately, I found it to be quite a disappointment, particularly if you have kids between the heights of 100cm to 130cm. The park has extremely strict rules on the rides, some of which are very basic and not even that thrilling. As a protective parent, I understand the importance of age-appropriate rides, but the restrictions here seemed excessive. The Log Flume water ride was one of the few thrilling attractions where my kids could join me. However, the experience was marred by a considerable wait time. Although we were initially informed of a 30-minute wait, it ended up taking an unexpected 1.5 hours. This delay was not due to long queues or a large crowd, but rather due to slow staff and the limited number of operating boats.
Due to these rules, my kids were left feeling bored, let down, and sad. They could only go on rides meant for infants and little kids, which didn't match their excitement levels. It's disheartening to see a park that is meant to provide fun and entertainment end up making kids feel excluded. I would advise not wasting your time here, as this park seems empty and lifeless for a reason.(during a weekend).
Furthermore, I must mention that the staff at Siam Amazing Park weren't very friendly. Their lack of warmth and willingness to assist added to the overall disappointment of the visit. It's important to feel welcomed and valued as a guest, but unfortunately, that was not the case here.
Overall, I can say that my visit to Siam Amazing Park's adventure part was a letdown, particularly for families with kids in the 100cm to 130cm height range. The strict rules further limited the enjoyment. Considering the underwhelming experience and unfriendly staff, I would recommend exploring other options for a more enjoyable...
Read moreWe have been going there for 10 years. This time will be the last. 1000 baht entry fee was far too expensive for the amount of rides that were working. 200 baht for a terrible lunch was too much. We paid to enter to be told, Drop tower, Enterprise, Octopus and something else was not working. Walking around the park, there are other rides, Huss Top spin and Huss Aladdin that are sat there broken and have not worked for many years. You would think as there are so many rides manufactured by Huss, they would have a better relationship with them regarding parts to keep the rides functioning. It's very sad to walk around a park and see so many rides in a state of disrepair. Let's talk about the log flume. Once an amazing ride. Now, SAD and falling apart. The queue was probably around 45 mins. The reason can be seen in the photos. The ride cars are dumped all over the place and not in the water. All missing the guide wheels. I counted 5 working logs and over 20 scattered about the ground. Please, if they are broken, remove them out of sight. It looks like you don't care. Walking around we realised there were some great rides missing. Where have Dinotopia, Grand canyon express and African adventure gone ? Oh, the land was sold for housing. It seems Siam park has spent a lot of money on the park entrance which no one really cares about and nothing on keeping the rides functioning and maintained. The water park was much the same as the rest of Siam park. Sad and dirty. Green slime in the wave pool which only works on a Sunday. Why only Sunday ? Cost ? Siam was once a great park and good value. Not any more. It would be better if it was free to enter and pay per ride. It would have cost me very little as everything I wanted to...
