Great place for kids for sure. My kids had a great time in the park. I would have given this place at least 4 stars.
However, in my opinion, this place is equiped with a very poor emergency exit plan. 2 of their doors that connect to the main emergency exits hallway are chain-locked!!! Many emeregency exit signs are pointing to these 2 doors at the middle - right side of the park!!! While another emergency door is placed at the main entrance but it is password locked. AND!, if that is not poorly managed enough, there are many tables in front of that door!
These things are preventing "YOU" and "your loved ones" from moving quickly to the safe place if something happens. Imagine there are hundreds of kids and parents trying to get out to safe place but the doors are locked!
I repeat, this place is a great place for kids for sure, until the shit hits the fan.
I do not know about you but I am not coming back to this place until they do...

I bought a Parent Non-Play Ticket so I could supervise my kids. There was NO WARNING at the time of purchase that I would not be allowed into the play/slide area with them. If I had known this, I would not have bought this ticket.
Inside, I was shocked to learn that I could only sit in a small “parent area” far away from where my kids were actually playing. I could not properly see them or reach them if something happened. This is completely unsafe and unacceptable.
Parents should always have the right to check on their children for safety, even if they are not joining the play. Blocking access and only allowing us to wait in a tiny corner area puts kids at risk.
If anything had happened to my children while I was prevented from reaching them, I would hold the management fully accountable.
Parents – please be warned before buying tickets. Do not risk your child’s...
Read moreIt’s finally open at The Mall Bangkapi — after such a long wait! Stepping in felt like a throwback to my childhood. The water park is located on the 3rd floor of the mall. You’ll need to get your ticket at the Harborland counter, then head over to the Island zone.
You’ll receive a wristband with a QR code, which you can use to scan and buy things inside the park, like swimwear and food - and pay later when you leave. I really loved the water slides! There are so many types to try. Don’t miss the Lazy Island, a relaxing water loop that everyone can enjoy.
The ticket price for one adult is 670 Baht for 6 hours, and it includes a free towel.
I recommend arriving early and getting out of the pool before 2 PM, as the bathrooms get crowded and the queue...
