How wonderful! We just had a great day with the kids! Our twins are 4.5 years old and the little one is 20 months. We were really wondering whether a science museum would keep them entertained; and we couldn’t be more pleased! They’ve done a really good job at striking a balance between keeping it simple for kids to understand, yet attractive enough for them to engage in activities. We were there from 11:00 a.m. to 3:00 p.m.! One thing that amazed me is how complex concept like “Bernoulli’s principle” are easily explained and simply demonstrated to young kids. And by the way, all this is free! Bravo! Now, 2 things that could be improved are the canteen. As the name states, it’s not a restaurant and it is the only place serving food… And last but not least is the noise pollution level: Insane! Insane that it could reach 90dB! Insane that a place for kids is as noisy as listening to power tools! Overall, that’s a great experience that deserves 4...

There were hundreds of students there in the morning, they all seemed to disappear after lunch. It took me a good three hours to get through the main building. The price was 100 baht for adults and free for children. I was surprised, no dual pricing for foreigners, so that's great. There's also an Inthanon coffee shop on site. The museum closes at three o clock on week days. One complaint, the science dome was scheduled to start at two o'clock but for some reason started five minutes early, so I missed it. Also, the washrooms in the main building have no bum gun but the parking lot washroom does. Some of the pictures are from the museum across the street which is totally worth visiting.

Must visit for students in Bangkok and Saraburi, especially the ones who are interested in science the the ones who you want to ignite the spark. Usual installations, displays, king size dinosaurs, hands on experiments and all. Volunteers explain the working models and working to kids, mainly in Thai. Sometimes there are special exhibitions going on which are an added chance to visit. 6th floor is dedicated to Thai art, culture etc with life size displays of rural scenes, family settings and how handicrafts are made with display of several fine arts and folk art etc. Plenty of parking space and good for the kids to spend few hours.
