I had a fantastic visit to this monastery. The monks and abbot greeted me and I was given a tour in English. This included an explanation of key Buddhist traditions and concepts, and the story of Ven.Dhammananda and Ven. Ta Tao Fa Tzu. I was even gifted a book on Buddhism which I am truly grateful for. Thank you to the monks and staff for their kindness and hospitality during to visit.

The temple does admirable work to advance female monks in Therevada Buddhism. I would highly recommend a visit if you are in Bangkok.

To get there I would recommend staying 1 night in Nakhon Pathom and getting a grab bike to and...

Visited to learn more about Theravada bhikkhunis. Had a long talk about that and also got the opportunity to help on alms round and attend a short meditation and Qi Gong course. Enjoyed my...
