Astounding lifelike figures of Thai monarchs, revered monks, Thai mythical and historical figures with a few international figures thrown in. Very realistic artwork. I especially liked the Thai children figures engaging in retro pastimes.
Visitors are allowed to freely take photographs in the museum except with/of the Thai monarchs. You have to engage the in-house photographer with payment of 60 baht per 8x11” printed photo.

Read moreThis is a really cool wax museum. I love wax museums, and this is one of the best ones that I've ever been to. One of the first exhibits in a very nice hall with royalty figures. You can't take pictures, but they take them for you. Afterwards, you can buy your picture in a frame. Everywhere else you can take pictures, though. So, I thought that was a very cool way for them to make a little extra money. There are a lot of shops around the museum, so it's a chill place to hang out for a few hours.
